Partial Payments on myChampaignCourts

Depending on a case status, partial payments may be made on myChampaignCourts.

Pre-Trial Cases

Pre-trial cases must be paid in full, and partial payments cannot be made toward the case. This includes any cases with the Traffic Safety Program elected and any pre-trial companion cases.

Dispositioned Cases

Partial payments may be made toward dispositioned Champaign County cases. 

  • Partial payment minimum is $1.00.
  • Case balances will be updated in the app after partial payments are made.
